What we Do
We Support women, Children and Youth to Reach Their Full Potential.
We provide scholastic materials such as pens, pencils, and books to pupils in rural and island areas from less privileged families to enable them to attend school. Additionally, we offer career guidance and mentorship in schools, including guidance and counseling, to help young girls and boys stay focused on their studies and make informed Education is a non negotiable right of every child
We train young adolescent girls both in schools and the community on how to make reusable sanitary towels. This initiative addresses period poverty and the lack of menstrual hygiene management information, which has led to early pregnancies and school dropouts. Our goal is to ensure that every young girl has access to safe and comfortable sanitary towels during menstruation
We provide hands-on skills training in hairdressing and tailoring to young girls and women in the community. This training helps them earn a living and provide for their families’ basic needs.
We visit hospitals to support expectant mothers and those who have recently given birth by providing mama kits. Our health initiatives also prioritize the needs of young adolescent girls.
Our aim is to have a mobile clinic that can offer services to the most hard to reach areas in each island in the district
